Individual Practice within Community
Sundays, 7-10 a.m.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 8-9:30 a.m.

Taught in the traditional Mysore style, these intimate, small-group classes (up to 4 people) join individualized instruction with shared energy and community. The result of linking breath to movement at one's own unique pace through sequences of progressive poses is a deeply meditative, dynamic, and cleansing practice. Instruction is tailored to each student, with the intention of empowering integrated self-practice. Prior familiarity with Ashtanga or an established self-practice of any style recommended.

Deepening Practice

For those seeking additional depth and fully personalized focus, privates and semi-privates (up to 3 people) are available on a one-time or regular basis. Scheduled at your convenience and tailored to your priorities, concentrated individual guidance holds powerful transformational potential. Ashtanga Fundamentals Workshop

Special 4 Week Series
Wednesdays (9/13 - 10/4), 5-7 p.m.

Blending guided practice, experiential understanding of key Ashtanga fundamentals, and individualized instruction on how to establish a deeply effective practice, this special workshop series will help you understand how to use your time on the mat for transformative wellbeing. The series will include a combination of guided practice, deep dives into how to do the types of postures we encounter with greater ease and health, and exploration of how to use our physical practice to find clarity, peace, and purpose. 

Over the course of 4 two-hour long workshop sessions, you'll have direct experience of a clearer, more peaceful mind, a healthier, more balanced body, and deepening confidence and freedom in understanding how sustain this practice on your own.
