Service Description
Taught in the traditional Mysore style, these intimate, small-group classes (up to 4 people) join individualized instruction with shared energy and community. The result of linking breath to movement at one's own unique pace through sequences of progressive poses is a deeply meditative, dynamic, and cleansing practice. Instruction is tailored to each student, with the intention of empowering integrated self-practice. Prior familiarity with Ashtanga or an established self-practice of any style recommended.
